I’m excited to help you stay on track with your training! I know it can be tough to figure out what to do next, especially with all the different factors like your speed, injuries, and busy schedules. My goal is to make your training feel personal and enjoyable. Every runner is unique, and together we can tailor a plan that fits your needs and helps you reach your goals.
Whether you’re hitting the road, the track, or the trails, I coach runners of all levels—from those tackling their first mile to seasoned marathoners. I get it; every stage of running comes with its own challenges, and I’m here to support you through all of them.
I believe that the little things matter when it comes to building strength, so I’ll include elements like strength training, mobility work, and balance exercises, plus cross-training when needed. Strength classes are also available at a discounted rate.

WHAT TO EXPECT
CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PLAN - Designed to meet your goals and schedule and based of your personal progress each week.
WEEKLY PLAN ADJUSTMENTS - Week to week plan to accommodate for pace changes, missed workouts, illness, travel... allows for the greatest training benefit and takes into account that life gets in the way sometimes.
WEEKLY CHECK IN - Text, phone call, email, you decide when and how much contact you want. We will be in touch through the calendar and workouts as well.
I’m here to help you stay on track for your goals, assess the workouts for that week and and most importantly fit the workouts into your needs for your time.
MENTAL CUES AND POSITIVE STRATEGIES FOR RUNNING + LIFE: This might be the most important piece and where I think I can give you the most benefit! I love the power of the mind and it was my strongest asset as a pro. I’m a big believer in the power of positive thinking that running or any activity is 80-90% mental. I’ll give you strategies and cues to take your running to the next level, feel stronger and in control (because you know the tools) and have a whole lot more fun!
CUSTOM STRENGTH TRAINING - To compliment and improve your running, reduce injuries and implement an important part of running that often gets overlooked. Pictures and descriptions of every exercise provided if needed or join a class or I’ll send a recording! Strength is such an important piece of the puzzle. (MINIMAL EXTRA COST)
RACE or GENERAL FITNESS PLANNING AND GOAL SETTING - For short and long term goals for racing OR for fitness (you don’t need to be a racer to have a plan to feel good and keep you on track)
RACE STRATEGY AND MENTAL TECHNIQUES - To focus on the areas you need to work to work on for your race. So many good things to think about.
FORM ANALYSIS - Improve your running stride and efficiency (currently over zoom)
NUTRITION TIPS - General nutrition advice for racing and training. References for more detailed nutrition needs.
LIVE STRENGTH TRAINING or RECORDING - (discounted 60% off with coaching plan) 7AM STRENGTH CLASSES TUESDAY + FRIDAY - Option for ZOOM or In Person Missoula at The Runners Edge. Recordings are sent to email if this time doesn’t work for you.
